RentDataNow ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit https://rentdatanow.com (the "Website").

We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including: name, email address, account login credentials, rental data submissions, and communications sent to us.

When you access the Website, we may automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages viewed and interaction data, and cookies and tracking data (see Section 3 for details).

Information from Third-Party Login Providers

If you register using Google, Facebook, Apple, or another third-party provider, we may receive basic profile information such as your name and email address in accordance with that provider's policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: create and manage user accounts, provide rental market insights and tools, improve website performance and functionality, deliver personalized advertising via Google AdSense, respond to customer inquiries, send account-related communications, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Newsletter Opt-In on Signup

When you create a RentDataNow account, the registration form includes a newsletter opt-in checkbox for periodic updates about new rent data, market trends, product features, and site news. The checkbox is checked by default — you may uncheck it before submitting to decline enrollment. Your email address is only added to the newsletter list if the box is checked when you complete registration. You can change your preference at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or from your account Settings page. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect transactional emails (account verification, password resets, reply notifications, and moderation notices), which are required for the service to function.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
